When using your Dragy &/or Dragy accessories, please ensure that they are not being left in prolonged heat. This can cause issues with the device and/or accessories, which will also void your warranty. When not in use please store in a cool, dry place.
The difference between the DRG70 and the DRG70-C is that the DRG70 features a micro-USB charging port whereas the DRG70-C features an upgraded USB-C charging port.
We ship same day Mon-Fri for orders placed before 2pm. We use UPS and USPS.
Monday to Friday are considered working days. None of the delivery services are guaranteed services sadly.
Covid Exception - Please allow up to another 5 working days to deliver due to coronavirus delays should your product not arrive on time.
US (Domestic):
Fedex 2 Days Express (1-2 days) - Sent via Fedex and delivered within 2 working days, usually takes 2 days. Fedex don't deliver Saturdays.
USPS Standard (6 - 14 days)- Sent via USPS and usually delivered within 3 to 5working days however please allow up to 14 days. We are trying to move away from them due to poor performance.
Canada we use UPS:
Express (1-3 days) - Sent via UPS and delivered within 3 working days, usually takes 2 days. UPS don't deliver Saturdays.
Standard (3-5 days)- Sent via UPS and usually delivered within 3 working days however please allow up to 5 days.
International we use UPS:
Express/Express Saver (1-3 days) - Sent via UPS and delivered within 3 working days, usually takes 2 days. UPS don't deliver Saturdays.
Standard (3-6 days)- Sent via UPS and usually delivered within 3 working days however please allow up to 6 days. During shipping, goods can take up to 20 working days to be delivered due to customs procedures.
All our Dragy customers receive a legally regulated warranty from us. Should there be anything wrong with your Dragy device in the first 2 years, we can offer repair or replacement options - only on orders placed after 23/06/2023. Orders placed before this date will receive a 1 year warranty. All accessories receive a 6 month warranty.
Disconnect Dragy and wait 30 seconds until the light is
totally turned off. Then reset Dragy by charging Dragy for 1-2 seconds and
unplug the charging cable, and try again whilst waiting for over 1 minute in the
open sky, usually Dragy will work properly after.
Make sure the Dragy unit is fully charged. Enable bluetooth on your phone and make sure that bluetooth permissions are enabled in the app permissions for the Dragy app within your phones settings. If this still does not work, please try deleting and reinstalling the Dragy app. *Please note deleting the app will delete all saved data from the app.*
To add custom measurements to your Dragy, open the Dragy app and connect your Dragy device. Once connected make sure you are on the 'GO' tab and then click the '+' button mid way on the page and then navigate to the 'Custom Mode' tab and add in any custom measurements you would like.
One of the main reasons for this error code is due to Apple Car Play. If you are experiencing this issue and you have Apple Car Play in use please disconnect from this first and try again.
The Dragy works best when mounted with the light facing the sky with a clear sight path, preferably on the center of your dashboard using the sticky magnetic pads provided. Please note we do not recommend mounting your device on the outside of any vehicle due to potential damage in bad weather conditions and the possibility of the device coming off at speed.
